Christiaan founded and directed ATACS Consulting in Australia in 2004. ATACS provides consulting services around the world to Governments and Businesses alike with a strong focus on Aviation Services.

Key achievements of ATACS was the delivery of the world’s first Joint Live Virtual Constructive Exercise and Australia’s first mobile Avionic Electronic Support Measures training facility.

In 2004 Christiaan established ‘Bovarna’ (Nirvana for cattle) – a Southern Tablelands cattle farm. Working with Greening Australia, Christiaan planted thousands of native trees and rehabilitated a fragile riparian zone.

In 2008 Christiaan founded the Southern Tablelands Windfarm Cooperative to assist farmers negotiate successful deals with large multination Windfarm companies.

In 2011 Christiaan founded Hobart’s first Seaplane operation- Tasmanian Air Adventures which went on to win multiple awards including the people’s choice award for best Tasmanian Tour.

Christiaan’s most recent initiative is Lancaster6 – a For Profit, Non-Government Organisation that has Christiaan travelling throughout the crisis spots of the world assisting governments to establish best practice governance systems. The Lancaster Foundation is a self-sponsored NGO of L6 and supports local entrepreneurs in areas where L6 is engaged.
